  • Proposals are valid for a limited period, as stated in the document. VR Home Decor reserves the right to adjust costs and timelines after this period.

3. Project Timeline

  • VR Home Decor is committed to completing projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unexpected delays due to client approvals, supply issues, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances) may affect the timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide accurate information, prompt responses, and necessary approvals to avoid delays.
  • If additional requirements arise during the project that were not specified in the original contract, additional charges may apply.

5. Payments and Fees

  • VR Home Decor respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We only use your information to communicate with you regarding the project and to fulfill our services.
  • All project-related discussions, designs, and details will remain confidential unless both
    parties agree otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • VR Home Decor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may impact their projects or future engagements.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree
    to first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable discussions.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled according to the applicable laws in the state of Karnataka, India.
